BeeTravel Guide Terms of Sale

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Sale (the Terms) govern the distance sale of digital content under the BeeTravel Guide brand through the websites:

and the related checkout pages and customer account at https://lk.beetravel.guide (together, the Website).

1.2. The Seller is:

1.3. The Customer (also the User) is a natural person who places an order on the Website and pays for digital content.

1.4. By placing an order and confirming payment, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Digital Delivery and Refund Policy.

1.5. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the Customer by reason of their place of residence remain in force and cannot be limited by these Terms.

2. Subject of the sale

2.1. The Seller offers digital self-guided audio tours in Georgia and related digital materials (the Digital Content).

2.2. Digital Content means audio recordings, texts, route maps, illustrations and other materials made available electronically after successful payment.

2.3. Under these Terms the Seller does not sell:

2.4. Digital Content is informational and intended for the Customer’s independent use during travel.

3. Product information and price

3.1. Before an order is placed, the Website displays:

3.2. Currency and payment provider:

The applicable currency and provider are shown on the checkout page before payment is confirmed.

3.3. The price shown at checkout at the moment of payment confirmation is the price for that order. Promotions, promo codes and discounts apply only on the terms expressly displayed with the offer on the Website.

3.4. Where applicable law requires taxes to be included in the price, the displayed price reflects those requirements.

4. Order and payment

4.1. An order is placed when the Customer confirms payment on the payment provider’s page (Flitt or Lava) and the payment is completed successfully.

4.2. Card payments and other available methods are processed by the selected payment provider. The Seller does not receive or store the Customer’s full card details.

4.3. The contract for the Digital Content is concluded when:

  1. the payment provider confirms successful payment; and
  2. the Customer is given access to the purchased Digital Content.

4.4. If payment is not completed, is cancelled or is declined, no access is granted and no contract is concluded for the unpaid Digital Content.

4.5. The Customer must provide accurate details needed to deliver access (including e-mail address and/or account details) and is responsible for their correctness.

5. Digital delivery and access term

5.1. After successful payment, access to the Digital Content is supplied electronically. There is no physical shipping.

5.2. The actual delivery channel is stated at checkout and/or in the order confirmation. Access is typically provided through:

5.3. Supply of the Digital Content normally begins immediately after successful payment is confirmed.

5.4. Access term. After successful payment, the Customer receives perpetual access to the purchased Digital Content for as long as the BeeTravel Guide service continues to make that content available. Access is not limited to a calendar period such as “one year” or any other fixed term, unless a specific product expressly states otherwise at checkout.

5.5. The Seller may update, improve or replace technical means of access (for example, the account interface), while preserving the ability to use the paid Digital Content while the service operates.

5.6. If access is not opened, the Customer should contact support at hello@beetravel.guide with the order reference and the details used for the purchase. Restoration of access and refunds are described in the Digital Delivery and Refund Policy.

6. Immediate digital supply and withdrawal right

6.1. Digital Content is supplied electronically. Applicable law may provide special rules on the right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content.

6.2. Where applicable law permits a withdrawal right for a distance contract, before immediate supply begins the checkout asks the Customer for two separate affirmative confirmations, in substance:

  1. “I expressly request that supply of the Digital Content begin immediately after payment”;
  2. “I acknowledge that, once supply begins, I may lose the applicable right to withdraw from this digital-content contract.”

The exact wording of checkboxes or buttons may vary by interface language, but the meaning of the confirmations remains the same.

6.3. The Seller retains a record of the consent text version, the fact of acceptance and the time of acceptance with the order.

6.4. The Seller will not rely on a limitation of the withdrawal right unless the required consent record exists. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement remain intact.

6.5. Further details on delivery, withdrawal and refunds are set out in the Digital Delivery and Refund Policy.

7. Licence and permitted use

7.1. After successful payment, the Seller grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased Digital Content for private purposes during the access term described in section 5.

7.2. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Digital Content remain with the Seller and/or its licensors.

7.3. Without the Seller’s prior written permission, the Customer must not:

7.4. Breach of the licence may result in restriction or termination of access, without prejudice to the Seller’s other rights and without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

8. Support, defects and refunds

8.1. Questions about an order, access or the quality of Digital Content should be sent to hello@beetravel.guide.

8.2. Where the Seller cannot deliver the paid Digital Content for a verified technical reason, or where a material defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, the Seller will:

in accordance with the Digital Delivery and Refund Policy and applicable law.

8.3. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Travel and safety

9.1. Digital Content is informational. The Customer remains responsible for:

9.2. Under these Terms the Seller does not provide emergency, transport, medical or live-guide services.

10. Personal data

10.1. Personal data is processed as described in the BeeTravel Guide Privacy Policy.

10.2. To perform the contract and process payment, necessary data may be shared with the payment providers Flitt and/or Lava under their own terms and privacy rules.

11. Complaints, governing law and disputes

11.1. Questions and complaints should first be sent to hello@beetravel.guide. The Seller will review requests within a reasonable time.

11.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to the Customer.

11.3. Disputes should where possible be resolved by negotiation. Failing that, the dispute shall be heard by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1. The version of the Terms displayed on the Website and available to the Customer at the time of the order applies to that order.
